Cargo Wagon Capacity

I want to have a mega train system without the UPS of a mega-base. I wanted to try a challenge with cargo wagons at 1/3 capacity.

Why dont you just limit each cargo wagon?

I hope there's a mod that let's you limit cargo wagons effectively. I think there is.

You don't need a mod, just click on the cargo wagon, then the red X at the bottom right, and you can block however many slots you wish, works with boxes too
