Fusion reactor

Hello, I would like to ask, if there is somebody who could make fusion reactor to power base. I already see mod (N.Tech Chemistry) whitch defuse water into hydrogen and oxygen. The hydrogen is kinda unutilized so it would be nice use it in fusion reactor :D Just create electricity without secondary products :)
