[Solved] Technology Icon Size Question

So I've not played in a while and see that the Tech icons changed from 64 to 128 bit.
But when I update my icons to 128 they are too large. - Purple below.
When I leave them at 64 they look okay on the left, but a little grainy on the right - Red below.



What am I doing wrong here?

Use 128x128px icons and add icon_size = 128 to the prototype (it defaults to 64 for non-base graphics for historical reasons)
