Game crashes a few minutes into gameplay

This is my first time posting on these forums and hopefully last time posting about a problem ;)
The game is great btw.

So, everytime I start to play, the game crashes a few minutes in.

Well, it crashes when the game tries to play some sound.
You can either check that the sound files are not corrupted or reinstall/update your sound drivers.

It looked liked I was missing some files. I verified the integrity of the game cache (ooo, now doesn't that make you sound smart ;) ) through Steam and that seemed to have fixed the problem. Thanks!
