Constant Desync after several hours of playing

My friend and I play together using a bunch of mods.
We used to be able to do this fine before, but on this recent map, suddenly we can't join each other, and the log gives me no info whatsoever on what could be the problem.
I've seen some staff can figure out what mod it could be with the desync report even though I don't see anything that could help me in it. I would love to get some help as me and my friend are enjoying the game a lot!

As the desync happens instantly you can determine which mod causes it by switching of half of them and checking if it is still happening...
Btw you posted this in the Not a bug section, Technical Help would be more useful.

The log also shows that you're running version 0.12.24. Try updating to 0.12.27 and see if the issue persists.

Yeah I've tried that, and it still happens. It just for some reason didn't generate any more desync reports.

I found out it's something to do with 5dim so I guess I should report it to them but I don't know what module or if it's 5dim in general
