Mod Manager

Hey, so I love factorio, I have been playing since 2014! Its a great game and now the steam release all my friends play too!

I want to play with mods now, and there isnt really a good mod manger tool, could we have an official one that does all the things a good mod manager should do?

Also, I'm fairly sure such a feature is planned to eventually be added as part of the game. (allowing you to connect to a mod database and download them directly to your factorio install too.)
