nvidia 364.51 driver, factorio stuck at 40 fps

Hello,

I've just updated my nvidia driver to v 364.51 and now factorio is stuck at 40 fps. I even did a fresh install.
Its not a big issue since v 362.00 doesn't have this and I can savely use this version.

I don't know if this is a factorio bug or nvidia bug, but I'd like to bring it to attention to the devs.

The driver is bugged. The internet is full of problems with this driver.
