I think I may be coming out of the 2 week obsession phase I have with things like this. To see how much it affected me, I checked my Fitbit logs to see how much sleep I'd missed. (This isn't total time played, just amount of sleep I've lost to playing.)
I know, I know. I'm a casual scrub who still chooses sleep over gaming. I'm sorry, I'll do better.

Re: Quantified lack of sleep
Pretty much the same here. lol
Since getting the game last week I've been down to 4-6 hours of sleep a night instead of my old 6-8 hours.
No big deal though since I'm between jobs currently (and no, i wasn't fired due to lack of performance due to lack of sleep ).
 ).

I recommend strongly to use programs to limit the game time, because it's really not healthy to sit so long in front of the computer.

Cool suggestion: Eatable MOUSE-pointers.

Haha, yeah. I use a pomodoro timer, too.ssilk wrote:I recommend strongly to use programs to limit the game time, because it's really not healthy to sit so long in front of the computer.

Thankfully, my MO with games like this is to binge for a couple of weeks and then come back to earth.
