Bought on steam, Can I connect with factorio.com account ?

Hello,
Firstly I must say, this is the most awesome game :)

Is there any way how to connect steam bought game with account on the factorio.com. I register here (on the webpage) and in profile I have free membership, is there anyway how to active this account with bought game on the steam ? :)

No. Not yet at least.
The devs are working on that for future, probably with the 0.13.
