[0.8.3] Logistic storage not updated when replacing chest

Replacing a non-logistic chest with a provider chest won't report properly register the new items. Removing the items from the chest will show up as negatives on the logistic network. It is not just a display bug - logistic bots won't go for chests that appear empty to them.

when i place a logistic chest, and put an item in, nothing is added to the network, the logistic systems shows nothing at all xD
