Dedicated Multiplayer servers

With the 0.13 update, will we also be able to host servers from third party's like nitrado or i3d?

I would really like to set up a server but I simply prefer to set them up using hosting companies. I know it is possible to set up your own dedicated server.

You could always contact them and ask them to look into hosting factorio servers.
