Connection issues with IPV6 and savegame question

So, I can connect to any of my friends sporting IPV4 adress no problem, but my internet and router all set up IPV6 only, no IPV4 adress, and though I have port forwarded the 34197 through my local ip on router whenever a friend puts in my IPV6 plus the port, it tells him its an invalid adress. Is there something special I need to know about them connecting to me? ALSO is there a way to find a specific savegame file so that if I am not online but I was the last one playing our game I can put it in a drop box for friends to dl and play and then put in drop box again if others arent on? I know that is convoluted but since nobody can connect to me I cant play on our shared map unless others are on to host and we are trying to get our rocket asap and I have the most play time.... ironic that since I cant host they cant dl for me eh?

As a side note I downloaded the game via steam and it uploads my saves, though I dont see them localy on my machine anywhere that I saw described on the wiki, I dont know if steam deletes after uploading to steam cloud or what... if so I will just have to uninstall and rebuy the game without stupid steam.... I kinda hate steam sometimes....

If you dislike Steam cloud, you can basically deactivate it for Factorio

(just paste it to adressbar in your explorer) this should redirect you to something like

BTW:
Why did my factorio installer create some shortcuts for config, mods and saves and the steam installer did not?
This would help a LOT of people (and mods here) when i look at the topics since a few days ago.
