Upon update, only download what's been updated

Hi,

The idea I had this morning, when 0.12.25 came out is : how can this update be so big ?

It's as if a lot of stuff was download that wasn't really changed.

And I told to myself it could be a good thing if the game downloaded only enough to patch the game files, and not all this redundant data.

Hope I made myself clear .

That is already being done in the normal version and in the Steam version, the difference is 100MB, because all the music was slightly remixed.
