Need to download linux binary for server after steam purchas

How do I download the latest linux binaries for a server after I've purchased this game on steam? After registering my account on the factorio website, I tried inputting my steam key to upgrade my account, but that did not work.

From the steam forums:

If you only bought the game on Steam (like me), you don't have access to download the headless server.
I emailed support and this was their response:

Hi,

At the moment the headless server isnt availble for steam purchasers,
But next week we will work toward making it available on the website
without an account.
I hope this is ok,
