Probably richness should be set to low for all the resources and normal for stone?

I agree with Loewchen, he knows what will be challenging.
Also I recommend hardCrafting as addition. This will make the ressource processing a lot harder and challenging. What do you guys think?

I updated the server to 0.12.23 and set up a new map with Loewchen's suggestions (Bobathon but without Bobs Modules and Bobs Power) and HardCrafting.

Hope there is enough Copper around the map^^. Hardcraft overwrite's the 1Ore=5Plates from Bobathon. Think we're always will lack a ton of copper. Hope you thought about that

I will have alook at this in one hour and release a hotfix if needed. I Will keep you up to date.

/Edit: Yes this was definitely a problem. Both marathon and hardCrafting just define the recipe. I quickly made a hotfix v. 0.2.6 to fix this issue. I will ask daniel34 whether he can update the server. You can directly download the updated hardCrafting zip file here

/edit: Seems like private messages are not working currently, everytime I try to send a message it goes to the Outbox but is not sent, I'm confused now :?

As general note: general ratio with marathon would be:
1 iron ore -> 2.5 iron plate
1 copper ore -> 5 copper plate
With hardCrafting and marathon this depends on the processing you are using. It starts with:
1 iron ore -> 1.5 iron plate
1 copper ore -> 1.7 copper plate
And goes up to:
1 iron ore -> 3 iron plate
1 copper ore -> 6.4 copper plate

I've restarted the server, it works again.
kaZ already sent my some desync reports, I will analyze them later and see if I can find the reason for the desync.

The server crashed and restarted successfully on its own, sadly the savegame is almost 6h old, so I asked Daniel to load the latest one. If you join and the playtime is below 35h, any progress you make would be nullified when the map gets restored!

The map is only 50 MB.

Your internet connection is too slow -> during your connection the game is paused for about 15 minutes and finally you time out.
Please, improve your Internet connection.

The download speed is not the problem, it's actually less than 2 minutes which is quite good for a map close to 60mb. I guess I personally miss just some minor mhz of cpu to load the map in time before drop. If it would be increased a bit everything would be fine.

The download speed is not the problem. I can download the map with 1.7 MB/s and still when done loading I see shortly the message: "Server not responding". And I'm also almosts dropping out. I guess there is a short time window when you load some data locally and the server is already expecting some response and this keeps getting worse probably with bigger maps. I don't think this is a problem of my CPU (my own: 4x i7 3.2GHz)...
