[0.12.24] Crash when using second monitor on separate GPU

I currently have 3 monitors set up, with the third running on on-board graphics rather than the primary GPU.

Launching the game with the third monitor (via on-board graphics) connected results in a white screen for approximately 30 seconds before crashing.

The game launches fine if I only use either the on-board VGA or my PCI-E GPU, but not when I have monitors connected via both.

Attached log already contains any other details that might prove relevant.
