Red and green wires are not rotated when the blueprint they are attached to is rotated.
Red and green wires thus remain in the same position even though the things they are now attached to is not the same as in the original blueprint.

Your blueprint is horizontally symmetric, of course they will not change horizontal position.
If you look closely, they did change vertically.

Otherwise it hardly matters when you have to set up all the red and green wires manually.

I don't understand what you are describing, and what you want changed.
Top-left decider combinator output is green-on-top, red-on-bottom.
Bottom-right decider combinator output is red-on-top, green-on-button.
Seems like a perfect rotation to me.
