World not updated

I want to download a map from the internet but when I put it in my factorio saves folder it says Map version 0.12.10-2 cannot be loaded in this version of Factorio I am running v0.12.3. Also with my mods, they say I need base v12.7.0 but is that even released yet?
Yay now it works but when I try to open the save this message comes up "__blueprint-string__/control.lua:16: attempt to index global 'game' (a nil value)"
What's happening?

Version 0.12.3 is pretty outdated.
The current stable version is 0.12.20 and the experimental is 0.12.22. If the updates don't show up ingame for some reason, download them from the website (https://www.factorio.com/download).

Soz I was thinking of maths (how 12.3 is bigger than 12.22)
