[12.21] Savegame cannot load

I have a problem with my savegames. after updating to 12.21 i cannot load the savegames i recently played in 12.20 and after downgrading again i cannot load them either.
Erro message: Error while running deserialisation: [string "do local _={regionQueue={[1]={x=12,y=-2},[2]=..."]:1: function or expression too complex near '{'
i can only load realy old save games.

btw i use some mods(bob) and tried reinstalling them after downgrading to 12.20 again doesn't work.

Thank you after removing Misanthrope the savegames work again.
