[MOD 0.12.20+] Void Chest

I updated this mod awhile back as the original author was busy. He recently gave me permission to keep it alive and call it mine.

So, here it is, a fully updated version of the Void Chest. A simple object, now with a custom image that destroys everything placed inside it, instantly.

Tested and working for 12.20.

I find this essential for discarding old equipment, extra 'stuff', and whatever else you want to stuff in it. Have 10,000 extra rubies? Plop one of these down and get rid of them in seconds.

Pretty useful, but I can see a kind of potential for... uh, accidents. I'm way out of touch with Factorio modding, but would it be possible to "empty" the chest using a button or something instead of having it happen automatically? Just a suggestion.

That's why I updated the graphics when I took over the mod.

The original version used the same sprite as the steel chest. I tried to make it stand out.

The button idea wouldn't really work for an automated setup, which is what this is aimed for. Normally people just shoot a chest full of stuff they don't want, but this mod saves a few resources.

Did it myself. Still have to test it though.

Anything is possible. Empty on signal, on timer, etc. That just takes more scripting and only adds to the potential drain on efficiency (Game Lag).
