[0.12.20] Badly aligned hotkey settings

Whistl playing this night I found out the hotkey settings are not correctly aligned, here's a screenshot.
I'm pretty sure you don't need more information to fix this. But if so:
OS: WIN10
CPU: I34005U
IGPU: intel HD4400
version: 0.12.20

You forgot to mention your GUI scale is 60%, but I managed to guess it from the background image.
