lamp should by like pole get cable because put electric pole round the lamp be a little stupid, or
or add underground cable give electricity in only one block be good idea

It's difficult to understand what you mean. I don't see a relevant difference between your first, my second and your third post.

Perhaps you can explain for WHAT REASON you want this.

I assume what you want to have is a street light:

A street light, light pole, lamppost, street lamp, light standard, or lamp standard is a raised source of light on the edge of a road or walkway.

Basically a lamp that is raised with a larger but directed light radius maybe only to one side/half.

lamps from a pictures look better, could give more light like in real life.
