Demo experimetal won't load

Hello, I have a netbook (ASUS X102B) with Windows 8, 2Mo Ram. It is a low end computer.

The stable version of the demo runs smoothly.
All three versions of the experimental demo get stuck on the loading screen at 89%. When watching the memory manager, once 89% is reached, the ram used by the program slowy decreases.

Is there any chance this issue to be solved ? (I was considering buying Factorio, but if it doesn't work...)

There's a good chance your computer can't run the game at default settings. Can you post the full system information for your computer? Run dxdiag from the start menu and click "save all information" and upload that as an attachment here.

You mention default settings ? So I might be able to set lower end settings ?

At the lowest your system *might* be able to run the game but it's questionable. If the demo experimental isn't working for you it's highly likely that the full game (which is even more demanding) won't work.

If that is the computer you are planning to play Factorio on, I can't recommend you buying the game even if you manage to get the demo working. Factorio looks like it should run on anything that is able to run Dune 2000, but it is actually very CPU and memory intensive. I am able to load the game on ASUS T100TA, but it is not very playable on it.
