[0.12.20][posila] hp bar rendered at wrong position

How things done:

• Play game
• Start researching toolbelt
• Get bitten
• Finish researching toolbelt
• ...

• Yup, hp bar does not change its position

Proposed solution: move hp bar to side, make it sphere, like in Diablo
You can even render shield over this sphere and energy stored in armor like mana sphere (yup, do not mess this up: energy is mana, shield is hp buff)
