Game lags every 3 seconds

I've wrote a topic but didnt get any good tips, the problem is the same, and it happens with every version, it worked fine 2 weeks before and i did nothing to my pc, ihavent even used it for 2 weeks, so the game freezes for a second after 2-3 seconds, its damn freaking annoying... ANY help would be appreciated :S

Can you give us what are your computer's specifications (CPU, RAM, GPU mainly) ?

amd a8 4500m apu with hd 7640g+7670m

I had similar problems with an APU, my solutions aren't that good, really it turns out you need more RAM to run factorio, and if you don't have enough the stuttering is noticeable (from memory switching or something)

--Close down everything else before loading factorio
--Add more ram

Also on a more general note, if you use a program called 'Manycam' it will really wreck factorio FPS performance and cause the stuttering too

I don't know how Factorio is supposed to react to the asymetric crossfire you have (AMD Radeon HD 7640G APU + AMD Radeon HD 7670M graphics card). I know that depending on the use and the drivers, performance can be bad, even sometimes worse than the performance of just the gpu.

I think our wonderful devs could tell us more about the way the game reacts to this kind of alternate frame rendering with asymetric crossfire.

As i said it worked perfectly till then, the problem must be with my system, since youtube vids lag too if i go down to my desktop.
