274.422 Error Util.cpp:63: Unexpected error occurred. You can help us to solve the problem by posting the contents of the log file on the Factorio forums.
Happens when loading save game I used with 0.12.13 (I never installed 0.12.14). It loads the save, shows the player, but just before you get control it crashes.
Starting a new game seems to work fine (but haven't build anything yet)

Update Just disabled all mods, then the game laods. Re-enabling FatController causes the game to crash again.

I investigated your save and I think 0.12.13 did not save mod's state properly, because of a bug we have hopefully finally fixed in 0.12.15.
I would suggest you to disable FatController, re-save the game and enable FatController again, but that didn't work when I tried it because the mod throws some errors when adding it into existing save.

Sorry, missed your reply somehow.

Saving and reloading with FatController didn't work for me either. But good to know you found what probably caused the issue!
I don't really care about FatController not working, will probably start a new save anyway :-)
