Improved Smart inserter defaults when doing cut/paste

Use case, TL;DR
Make it easier for the player to create a smart inserter that removes items from an assembly machine only when not enough items are in the logistics system.

Implementation
When the user Shift+Right Clicks on an assembly machine and then Shift+Left Clicks on a smart inserter the smart inserter will be set up to:
- Only pick the item type the Assembly machine produces
- Limit taking items only as long as there are less than DEFAULT_STACK items of the type that the Assembly Machine produces in the logistics system.
Where DEFAULT_STACK is the default number of items you will get if you request them in your logistics request.

The user is already used to being able to set a requestor chest to the most obvious thing, requesting the items that a Assembly Machine needs, through the copy/paste mechanics of Shift Right/Left-click. This feature would extent this to smart inserters and do the most common/most obvious thing which would be to only take out a limited amount of items.
