Burner Mining Drill keeps making noise

... after it's run out of fuel and so is no longer actually working. I only just noticed this in 12.10, after not having played all that much recently.

The red "out of fuel"-icon is flashing, the Drill is still making its usual noise, but its animation has stopped.
