I'm not able to connect to your server. Factorio immediately gives the error: Couldn't establish network communication with server.
Either your server isn't running right now or your port isn't forwarded correctly.
Also, I'm not able to even ping the server, it always results in a timeout (ping tested from Europe and from within UAE).
I think you are hosting this on a consumer line in the United Arab Emirates and not on a server in a data center. Please be aware that the connection speed of the clients might depend on your upload speed and that your IP might change while running the server, depending on the ISP you are on. As Etisalat (Emirates Telecommunications Corporation) is primarily a mobile network operator, it might even be possible that you share your IP with other clients and can't open ports.
