[0.12.8] [kovarex] shotgun shoots in only 8 directions

Since the 0.12.8 update the shotgun shoots in only 45° angles and there's quite a delay on changing directions as well.

So I'm not going crazy after all! I thought something changed but wasnt sure. It is actually hard to hit some critters now.

Yes, this is the result of my fix of tank shooting.

It is fixed for 0.12.9 now.

I know you say you fixed it, but an addition: The first shot is fired the direction the player is already facing, rather than where your cursor is.

Yes, that was fixed as well
