[0.12.7] "Change active quickbar" Wrong control settings tab

This has been a very annoying one and I have hit it multiple times coming back. I always forget what key to switch my bar (x). So I keep looking at the Inventory with all the other hotbar shortcuts but it's never there but under Game.

I think it's time we move her back home with her own kind
