Long story short: I loaded my old save game, and things just arn't building.
This is due to things ALREADY in logistics chest not being added to the logistics network.
If you change the chest, or empty the chest and let it refill, it recognises said items.
The main issue here is that I have giant fields of Logistic storage chests (the yellow ones) and none of their contents are on the grid, which means anything that requires items in my long term storage that I arn't actively mining or creating just arn't seen.

Hmm, seems like bad connection to logistic network (of those chests).
Rebuilding the roboport fixes it, so the question is, did you experiment with roboport altering mods? Did you change value of some mod changing roboports?

The roboports in that area are all base game roboports, and none of my mods modify them.
There are other roboports in the gamesave from my logistics mod.
Basically, the only mods I have installed are all the current versions of my mods, plus Treefarm Lite.

It's not just those masses of yellow boxes either, it's pretty much every logistics chest in my savegame, and considering almost everything in my mod is managed by robots, that's a lot of problems...

I still have it because I linked it before when the game crashed 15 seconds after loading in 0.12.0. of course that problem was fixed when I fully migrated my mods, and fixed anyway in 0.12.1.

Ok, so we fixed some of the 0.11 -> 0.12 transitions and the problem should be solved, or at least, it shouldn't happen on new logistic networks built.
