Video Lag on top Pc

Hello every one, today i ve started a new factorio game, load the map and everything but the game lag just n the start, nothing placed yet. Im playing on a top laptop (4gb gtx 860m, 16gb of ram, i7 ), i can manage to use every game except for the witcher 3 in unterstellar settings. Any ideas?? i have some mods too.
Ok i ve tried without mods and give me the same issue, but or more precision the game its not lagging, its not smoth.

Do you mean the framerate is not enough, so everything is stuttering?
Or does the game freeze every x seconds?

After loading the game, press F5 (debug info) and take a screenshot.

This might help the devs to find the problem.

Also, you could try enabling/disabling vsync in the settings.

The game doesent freeze and the framerate seem enough but while playing i have the sensation of a connection lag like problem. I will try with vsync off.
