In a few cases, it can be useful to plonk down an Inserter to take only very slowly.
I know a similar effect can be achieved via Splitter shenanigans, but that takes up a lot of space. I'd like to see one Slow Inserter working at 1/4 or 1/5 the pace of a standard (yellow) electric Inserver, and another Very Slow Inserter working at 1/20 or 1/25 the pace of a yellow.
They won't be used a lot, but there are a few uses cases here and there, for some play styles.

Re: Slow Inserter and Very Slow Inserter
whats wrong with letting the belt/assembler fill up?
otherwise you can use a few combinators to make a clock and let the insterter only work when the clock resets.
