[MOD 0.13] Big Bags - more space in your bags

I like the bigger inventory, but stack sizes also affect the management of trains, chests, assemblers, etc. I'd like a variable to disable stack sizes and magazine size upgrades.

OK, I changed the mod to allow the user to disable some features.
Please reload the mod and overwrite old files.

And in the config.lua file, just delete or comment the features you don't want :

To be more consistent with the game logic, where nothing is free, I am introducing technologies to increase sizes of toolbelt, slots, robot storage, etc... in the form of extra-tiers : toolbelt-2, toolbelt-3, etc...
As far as I understand, the main inventory size cannot be changed by technologies, so it's still a fixed variable in the config.lua.

Thanks for the updates, both iun response to my suggestion, and your own. Both make this mod much more adaptible to the user, and less 'cheaty' in the game. Also, you can halt upogrades before your inventory begins overlapping your toolbelts. :)

Yes, it probably depends on the resolution of your screen.

By the way, if someone tests this mod (v1.0.2) under multiplayer, I'd be glad to know if it works.

I made my own simple mods to change the inventory size and change the stack size, but I'll use yours from now on so I don't have to keep updating it when new versions come out. Also, it's convenient to have it in a single mod.

Thank you for the mod.

Just wanted to let you know that if you comment out the running speed config, the game crashes. However, changing the multiplier to 1 seems to turn it off and the game runs.

Yes, setting this value to 1 reset the basic running speed to default, but I'll correct that in the next version, so that you can comment the whole line.

By the way, I'll probably set this value to 1 by default, because this running speed is not really in relation with bag sizes and user can be confused by this sudden increase of speed when installing this mod... ;)

Yes, you should, I downloaded it and I didn't like to be like Flash on Factorio.

here is v1.0.4
if my_running_speed_factor = 1, do not set running speed to default 0.15 to avoid interfering with other mods that change it sooner. Do not decrease stack size if already greater than my_stack_size. Idem for my_mag_size. Do not change stack size for special "unqiue" items which stack size is 1 (like cars, tanks, etc...).

I looked at the mod and one thing bothers me a bit - that it modifies everything in same way - you get 500 plates and 500 engines in stack.

Would you consider making an option to add multiplier to current stack size instead of direct overwrite?

Good idea !

Infact, I mixed both ideas using a linear formula :
newsize = A + B * oldsize

So in previous version, it was A=500 and B=0,
but now you can change and use A=0 and B=10, or whatever you want.
