This might be intended behaviour, but it seems weird to have all the other circuit items update immediately, except for the display panel, which requires two confirmations (the text/item edit box, then the display panel settings themselves).
If this isn't a bug, can you please move it to feature requests?
1. What did you do?
Set up a display panel, configured its circuit settings to trigger the message, connected a circuit, then changed the message again in the display panel edit text box.
Then if I close and re-open the display panel using a keyboard shortcut or the close box, the message in the settings reverts to the old message.
2. What happened?
Unless I close the settings window using the green tick, the new message is shown in the display panel settings, but the old message is still shown in the alt text.
3. What did you expect to happen instead? It might be obvious to you, but do it anyway!
The new message is shown immediately, without closing the display panel, like all other circuit items. The old message never comes back.
4. Does it happen always, once, or sometimes?
I can reliably reproduce this.
Ref viewtopic.php?p=646073#p646073 , but I copied a blueprint from the panel. I didn't use one to create it.
