[2.0.23] Crash loading save, MilitaryTarget registered on wrong chunk

I'm getting a crash on load for my save with over 300 hours, I don't have a backup for this save so I would really like to recover it. I upload a copy of my log file and my save file.

This error has historically always been failing hardware on the players computer causing memory to be come corrupt when the save was created. Unless you know of a way to take a brand new save and make this happen, there's nothing to do with this - the save is corrupt and not usable anymore.
