Make logistic requests draggable to a new position

TL;DR

Make the entries in the players logistic request slots draggable to another slot. This will enable the player to sort the entries without deleting and re-creating them.

What ?

If a player LMB-click+hold a request icon, it can be dragged to another slot. If the slot is empty the request will be moved there. If the slot is occupied by another request, that other request is moved to the right, but only if the row is not full already.

Why ?

I would like to be able to sort my logistic requests by dragging and dropping a request onto another slot. Currently to sort the requests, I need to delete them and create them in the slot where I want them to move to.

Perhaps this suggestion could be more generically titled: "Allow logistic requests to be moved to a new position," to get around the X-Y problem.

... it might be possible to just make use of the shift-right-click shift-left-click mechanics (used to copy container reserved cargo wagon slots, quickbar slots, etc.) for the purpose of moving or swapping logistic item requests, to do the same thing.
