[0.18.27] Biter spawn in unreachable position

[0.18.27] Biter spawn in unreachable position

Hi, I found 2 native placement bugs(ie how did they get there). Annotation 2020-05-27 183830.png shows how they somehow crossed the water. Annotation 2020-05-27 1838301.png shows that it wasn't just a graphical glitch.
Separately, Annotation 2020-05-27 18383011.png showing a native on a plateau with no entrance/exit.

I've got the save file so you can verify I haven't accidentally filled in some land somewhere that would make it possible. I have tried uploading it through here, but it returns Error
Error parsing server response. about 3/4s of the way. Let me know if there is another way to upload it. Everything is up to date on my end as of this posting.

Wild speculation: Is it possible that Biters are now able to cross 1 tile wide water gaps, as mentioned in this FFF?

Not sure if this is considered one tile? When I try crossing there I can't.
