Keeps crashing at 9%

I own the game on steam, but the same issue happened, so I bought it on the store and now i have no clue whats wrong, heres the log, from what i see the core just isn't there...

It crashes in your graphics driver. Restart the system if you have not already, if you are overclocking your graphics card, remove the overclock. Are you using "–dxgi-blit-model" to fix this issue or something else?

actually, I have read you cant overclock this, so I turned them all off, and yes, I also tried to just restart it, and finally, on steam, I have actually tried to use
"–dxgi-blit-model", also, sadly, to no avail.

and just to be sure I'm clear, I own this on both steam and from the website installer, both, I believe, with the same issue, the log that was sent was from the website installer. I'm trying again in the main version with the actual game installer. wish me luck! ;)

I checked both of my overclocking hardware and even deleted one, but its actually working worse than it was before, it now crashes immediately after launch...

Rollback your graphics driver, if this does not help, completely deinstall and reinstall it.
