Odd bug that has shown up recently for me. I played through the campaign with no issues graphically, but as soon as I moved to single player my screen started tearing so badly I couldn't play. Yes, I turned vsync on in game, and yes I turned vsync on in the nvidia control panel, and neither of them did a thing. Odd thing is when I play windowed the problem goes away.
Also, when I play fullscreen there is a great deal of input lag for every action I do, but not in windowed mode.
On top of it all, I get around 32 fps in fullscreen, but immediately jump to a constant 60 fps as soon as I go windowed. Any ideas?

It could be an Nvidia driver issue as several users have reported this problem (21308, 21780), going back to older drivers might fix the problem.

Re: Massive Screen Tearing
From the log it seems like it might not be using your GTX, and only using the Intel HD adapter?
Re: Massive Screen Tearing
It does use GTX card.PairyHenis wrote: 1.032 Initialised Direct3D:[0] NVIDIA GeForce GTX 965M; driver: nvd3dumx.dll 10.18.13.6472
Does it still happen if you use --force-opengl launch option?
Re: Massive Screen Tearing
It seems that laptops with dual graphics technology should use driver packages provided by laptop vendor in order to work properly.

Re: Massive Screen Tearing
Using the force openGL command solved everything, thank you very much!

Re: Massive Screen Tearing
Juuuuuuust kidding, game runs at 60fps now, but the tearing has now returned in a new form, now being a diagonal strip from the top left. neato
