Invalid blueprint when using snap to grid with odd grid position

Hi, somehow I have created an invalid blueprint. Note that there are transmission towers on top of rails, and trains not on top of rails. The string is below.

Here is a summary of how I created it:
This is a rail block, 200 by 200, but the size is such that in order to center the grid for tiling, the x and y offsets need to be 37. I'm able to make that work by setting a global x and y offset of 1, but after modifying the blueprint (using `select new contents for the blueprint`), the grid becomes off-center. I can now center it by setting both offsets to 36, but now some items are shifted by 1 (like the aforementioned power poles).

I created this on version 2.0.12 (build 79795) on win64. I had the following mods active: Editor Extensions 2.3.1, Factory Planner 2.0.4, Rate Calculator 3.3.2, and the mods they require.
