[2.0.11] Stompers on Gleba stopped working

Im not sure how it happened as i wasnt on gleba as it happened. It started with 1 Stomper not reacting and ended up with a lot more. Tried to make them move with turrets or opening up the wall but that didnt work either (see in video).
