I was trying to figure out why my trains weren't following my refueling interrupt.*
And I clicked on one from the map and looked at it's fuel, then I told it to go refuel.
After a bit I clicked on my refueling stop with the map closed to look if the train was going to make it, and when I clicked trough to open train menu from the station, I wasn't able to look at the fuel because "I was not in range". But that does not happen when you open it from the map!
So I can check the fuel on a locomotive if i click on it on the map (where it's sprinting across my screen) or if I first open the map and then the station, but not when I open the same menu from a station with the map closed.
Reproduction Steps
- Close the map
- Open the trains interface
- Open a train
- Click on the Fuel tab which is greyed out
* it was due to me waiting too long for them to need refueling, expecting them to drop whatever they were doing to go refuel and expecting more dense fuel instead of the coal I was using. A feature to operate with train fuel in Joules instead of units or one for interrupts that do go above all else (even mid-route) would be great but I'm sure they have been suggested elsewhere.
