When trying to make a base mod-replacement I got the error message:
As you can see there is no dot there, all the other "prototype missing" errors did contain a full stop.
A bit different, but I can't seem to find copper wire in the item prototypes, does it mean copper cable? (might just me sucking at searching though)
EDIT: can confirm, I added the copper-cable item prototype and the Error went away. I also edited the title as this seems to be more on point for the problem.
Reproducing this one is kinda hard, what you need to do is turn the base mod off and fix every error that comes up until this one.
In the attachement is a .zip that contains the prototypes that I copied to fix this. You need to unzip this, and place it in a mod file, with the added "data.lua file".

Re: [14.20] Error message not displaying the correct item-ID
Thanks for the report
Its not showing any generated error based on the missing prototype, but a custom message for the missing prototype,
So this isn't a bug
