Ability to create/modify/remove recipes at the control-stage

Just so the request is there, with no real hope that it gets implemented :)

Use-case:
Allow for dynamic recipes. Either influenced by external factors, or for production challenges/goals.
"Build 100000 green circuits, but due to [reason] they cost double the iron plates and an additional copper PLATE"

This isn't likely to happen in 1.0 if ever. We decided a while ago that we didn't want recipes to change runtime for many reasons modded or otherwise.

In your example one additional static recipe would work just fine. And generally i believe that most concepts would work with a limited set of "alternative" static recipes. (I know, it's not "as nice" to spam statics, but it works.)
