Space Ship Stuck...

I can not seem to figure out why my ship is stuck in orbit at Nauvis. All of my requests are filled (nothing outstanding when hovered over) and everything else is green. I have no idea what the problem is.

Silly question first: Do you have thrusters and fuel loaded into them?

Ammo > 500 looks true, but isnt. They really need to change it to yellow and only turn green when it's fulfilled.
