[1.1.32] Blueprint copying ignores planned belt direction changes

So some time ago I made "Blueprints ignore planned upgrades" (73287), where I pointed out that a blueprint copy should implement ghosted changes to the thing being copied. This was implemented by Kovarex.

However, there is one other case where "ghosted" updates exist, but are not (yet) being copied when doing a blueprint. Belts and undergrounds with ghosted direction changes:

In the screenshot, the top belt is created as a blueprint copy of the bottom belt.

Since the current behavior makes no sense I assume this is an unintentional bug, and there is no design document mandating the current behavior, and therefore I report the issue here.
