I have a build. Imagine the following scenario:
1) I schedule an upgrade for the belts in the build using an upgrade planner
2) I make a blueprint copy of the build
I would obviously expect the blueprint to contain the upgraded belts. However it contains the unupgraded belts.
Normally when a build contains ghosts or unplaced but planned modules in assemblers, taking a blueprint of it the resulting blueprint will contain the ghosts and modules as intended. That the blueprint will not respect unplaced upgrades can't be intended behavior.

Re: [0.17.56] Blueprints ignore planned upgrades
Thanks for the report however that's working as intended.
If you want to get ahold of me I'm almost always on Discord.
Re: [0.17.56] Blueprints ignore planned upgrades
And I actually thing that we should change what is intended, so I'm changing it to work as the op suggested for the next version.
