Pipette (bound separately from clear cursor) successfully selects entity under cursor and clears blueprints, books and planners. It also clears copy and cut tools (before area is selected).
However, it clears paste tool only when selecting pipette over ghost, but not real entity.

It clears empty blueprint and copy tool, but paste tool and blueprint with data is only cleared when selecting ghosts.

The bug was the other way around.
Due to other changes, holding of blueprint from the BP library didn't prevent the selection of entities, which allowed the pipette to work.
It is now fixed for the 1.1 (as part of this 87695), that entities can't be selected when holding blueprint with data regardles where it comes from.
This means, that the pipette will correctly not work also when holding blueprint/books from BP library.
